What 2026 independent testing adds
The Hook Up's 2026 ten-screen comparison is useful because it tested multiple standard-throw materials under the same review framework. It reported strong ALR and speckle behavior from Valerion Fresnel, very strong measured brightness/ALR from VIVIDSTORM Fusion but objectionable speckle/hotspotting in that setup, and close measured/microscope similarities among NothingProjector's lenticular long-throw material, Spectra Shadowscape and Screen Innovations Black Diamond Fusion.
